From the Bugul foreland to Port Guen.
The "Belle Fontaine" (beautiful fountain), or "Aiguade" of Vauban is a fresh water reserve of 860 000 litres built to supply vessels.
The two forelands of Gros Rocher and Bugul are protected by small forts.
